Two cases of workplace violence prevented by deployment of Excalibur Security Team Armed Officers

With the rising potential for workplace retaliatory violence due to employment terminations, Excalibur Security Team (EST) has consulted various firms in the Charlotte Metro Region regarding preventative measures and standard procedures. It is important for employers to have recent photos of all employees and their vehicle information on file. Based on the nature of any threat, EST may deploy armed officers during the separation process.

Two armed officers from Excalibur Security Team interrupt a burglary in progress resulting in shutting down a car theft ring
[Charlotte, NC, March 10, 2023]
Recently, two armed Excalibur Security Team (EST) officers were dispatched to a Burglary In Progress call. Upon arrival EST officers noticed a red Hyundai Sonata with multiple windows broken and the ignition missing. Officers contacted Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department (CMPD) to report the findings. After further investigation it was determined that the vehicle had just been reported stolen.
